The following Terms of Sale (“Terms of Sale”), together with any documents referred to herein, apply to your use of our website: www.seduiressentials.com. This website, including any of its related web pages, content, functionality and services offered thereon (“Website”) is operated by Seduire Essentials LLC (“Seduire Essentials”). By placing an online order from this Website, you accept and are bound by these terms of Sale.

We do our best to make sure that all items on the Website are in stock and available for sale, but in certain cases, the information may be outdated or incorrect in which case, the customer’s sole remedy is a return of any payments or charges for such item, if any. The photographs, graphics, and descriptions of the items are given merely as a guide and may vary. 

We further reserve the right to adjust the price and shipping method posted on this Website without notice. The prices are in US dollars, excluding taxes, shipping, and handling costs, if any. Once an order is places, customers may not cancel the order. We reserve the right to refuse an order placed on our Website by any guests or customers for any reasons, including but not limited to the stock is no longer available at the time of order processing.

I. Shipping Policy

At Seduire Essentials LLC, we are committed to customer’s satisfaction. Our shipping policy is designed to ensure a smooth and timely delivery of your order. Please allow our team 2 to 3 business days to process your order. Any orders placed after 5 PM Pacific Standard Time (UTC-8:00) will enter the processing stage on the following business day. During HOLIDAYS, please allow all orders to process within 5 business days before your package is shipped.

For domestic orders within the U.S., expect your items to arrive within 7 business days post-processing. We currently do not offer expedite shipping or free shipping. All orders will be shipped via a Standard Service at a rate of $6.50 if under 1 pound and $10.00 if over 1 pound.

For our international customers, delivery via DHL is typically within 14 business days. International Shipping will vary depending on the area plus any applicable import fees, with an estimated delivery of 6-10 business days. All packages are shipped out of our Rosemead facility. International packages may be subject to customs, duties or other fees which are not included in our shipping rate and are the customer's responsibility to cover.

Once the package has left our warehouse with a tracking number and received by the post office and a tracking number has been sent, we are not liable for lost or damaged packages. It is upon customers responsibility to ensure their shipping address is a proper/secure delivery location for your order. It is not Seduire Essentials LLC's employees’ or faculties’ fault if the environment of your shipping address, is an unsafe environment for your package to be delivered safely. 

We are not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by carrier, or undeliverable addresses. Undeliverable addresses do include incorrect/insufficient address, no PO box number, refused, or return to sender. Any address mistakes can cause a processing delay of up to 48 hours. All customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the order’s billing and ship to address.

Please be aware that these timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier, weather, or customs delays. To keep track of your order, refer to the tracking information provided in your order confirmation email.

Seduire Essentials LLC is not liable for any returns due to incomplete addresses, undeliverable addresses, and return to sender. Seduire Essentials LLC has the right to charge an additional fee for any reshipments regarding lost packages or packages returned back to the fulfillment facility.

II. Refund and Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our product and sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns and exchanges for our Permanent Makeup (PMU) products and business templates at this time. All sales are FINAL. 

 

Please email contact.seduiressentials@gmail.com with any all discrepancies, such as missing or damaged items, within 7 business days from delivery. All customers are responsible for reporting discrepancies before 7 days from delivery. Seduire Essentials LLC is not liable for any discrepancies reported after 7 days from delivery.

 

We reserve the right to issue a refund for the amounts paid for the item concerned, as well as shipping costs, to the payment method indicated by you should the products or items is found to be defective. 

 

THE REMEDIES DESCRIBED ABOVE ARE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AND OUR ENTIRE OBLIGATION AND LIABILITY FOR ANY BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. OUR LIABILITY WILL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES EXCEED THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE DEFECTIVE ITEM THAT YOU HAVE PURCHASED THROUGH THE WEBSITE, NOR WILL WE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR LOSSES, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT.
