Your order will be shipped via a Standard Service. These rates are not applicable for orders shipped outside of the US.

Please note that our delivery options refer only to the delivery time frame and not to the time required to prepare our order. Please allow 2-3 business days for production before shipping. Orders shipped outside of the contiguous US are shipped via DHL.

During HOLIDAYS, please allow all orders to process within 5 business days before your package is shipped.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation and tracking number via email. Please note, it may take up to 1-2 business days for the tracking number to be scanned into our carrier system. 


Once the package has left our warehouse with a tracking number and received by the post office and a tracking number has been sent we are not liable for lost or damaged packages. It is upon customers responsibility to ensure their shipping address is a proper/secure delivery location for your order. It is not under SéduirEssetial's faculties if your environment of your shipping address, is an unsafe environment for your package to be delivered safely. 

We are not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by carrier, or undeliverable addresses. Undeliverable addresses does include incorrect/insufficient address, no p.o. box number, refused, or return to sender. Any address mistakes can cause a processing delay of up to 48 hours. All customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the order’s billing and ship to address.


Sé is not liable for any returns due to incomplete addresses, undeliverable addresses, and return to sender. Sé has the right to charge an additional fee for any reshipments regarding lost packages or packages returned back to the fulfillment facility.  


All packages are shipped out of our Rosemead facility. International packages may be subject to customs, duties or other fees which are not included in our shipping rate and are the customer's responsibility to cover.

Please email with any all discrepancies, such as missing or damaged items, within 7 business days from delivery. All customers are responsible for reporting discrepancies before 7 days from delivery. Sé are not liable for any discrepancies reported after 7 days from delivery.
