All sales are final. Upon purchase of one of our templates, no refunds or exchanges will be issued due to the electronic format of the templates. The templates are easily customizable and can be tailored to your business’ structure, policies, and procedures. Although this template can serve as a foundation for your business, Seduire Essentials is not a law firm and cannot provide you with legal or tax advice, opinions, or recommendations specific to your situation. Any communication between you and Seduire Essentials does not establish an attorney-client relationship and is not covered by the attorney-client privilege.

 

The use of our products is to be used at your own risk. Upon purchase, each template will be sent to you in electronic form, “as is” without any warranties, representations, or guarantees of any kind (whether express, implied, or otherwise) including, but not limited to, warranties of title and non-infringement, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Seduire Essentials does not warrant the templates will be complete, correct, appropriate, or error-free. Seduire Essentials will not be held liable in any way for the information or products you receive.

 

By purchasing and accessing a template from Seduire Essentials, you are granted one limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the template for your own personal and internal business use. If you violate this license by giving or selling a copy of our template, in whole or in part, to any other individual, entity, or other third-party, or if you imply that anyone who receives access to a copy of the template, whether intentionally or inadvertently, has the right to use it for their own personal or commercial purposes, Seduire Essentials reserves the right seek remedy, including, without limitation, damages.

 

Except as otherwise provided, you acknowledge and agree that you have no right to modify, copy, reproduce, create derivative works from, alter, sell, enhance or in any way exploit any of our products in any manner, except for the fill-in customizations and modifications granted to you upon purchase.

 

Upon purchasing one of our templates, you will have access to the most up-to-date contract we offer. Because the law can change and evolve, our templates will be updated to reflect such changes, although it is not guaranteed these changes will be implemented before you receive your template. It is your responsibility to stay up to date with any changes that might affect your business.

 

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to disclaim and release Seduire Essentials from liability for any losses and expenses whatsoever arising from the use of the www.seduiressentials.com website and templates, including, without limitation, any direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of income or profit, or other losses of any kind or character.

 

Indemnification: You shall indemnify and hold harmless Seduire Essentials, including its directors, owners, employees, agents, licensors, subsidiaries, and affiliates, from and against any and all lawsuits, claims, causes of action, expenses, damages, judgments, and the like arising from the use of our products.

Yes. As a business ourselves, we understand the importance of complying with regulations surrounding the beauty industry. Because most laws vary by state, our templates are specifically for small businesses governed by California laws with the beauty industry in mind. Leaving out pertinent provisions, especially those required by the state, may prove to be very costly, potentially resulting in more harm than benefit to your business. The templates were also reviewed by California licensed attorneys to ensure that they conform to state-specific guidelines and laws.

4. How do I use the template?

5. Can I share my templates with others?

In short, no; you cannot share the templates with others. By purchasing our templates , you will be granted one revocable, non-exclusive license to use the products that you purchased. By granting or selling any of our templates to another party to be used for commercial purposes, you will be found to have violated the terms of your license. As such, Seduire Essentials has the right to bill you for any violation of this policy, and you may be prevented access to our templates permanently.
